Creating Your Vision Photography Workshop
Sunday, July 30, 11am - 1pm -- Meet and Greet at 10:30am (Cost: $50 Per person)
Hosted by David Lee Black Studios and Warwick Center for the Arts this is the 23rd in a series of a wonderful growing community of supportive and talented artists of all skill levels who connect through photography and this uniquely experiential event. This event is open to all regardless of ability or camera gear. Even a camera phone is fine. We are very fortunate to have professional belly dancers/models Melanie Moore and Cristina S Alvarado at the Warwick Center for the Arts interacting with sculpture artist Michael Alfano’s beautiful work, all orchestrated to music! Participants will be instructed on composition, lighting, technical details and creating your own vision in a story telling way. Free instructional handouts and refreshments provided. There will also be plenty of helpful guidance and suggestions to enhance your passion for artful photography. What to bring: Camera, Your creativity, and open mind!

"Art of the iPhone 2" Photography Workshop
Saturday, August 26, 9am - 12pm -- Cost: $50 for non-members / $40 for WCFA Members
The best camera is the one in your pocket. Your iPhone is an amazing tool for making very good images. In this “hands-on” workshop. You will learn how to create distinctive pictures using the many specialized iPhone camera apps that make the camera in your phone do tricks. During this workshop we’ll delve into Snapseed and other powerful editing programs that can make your images stand out from the crowd. Finally, we'll explore the many ways you can share your work on the web and in print.
This is a follow-up class to the Art of the iPhone I, but it is open to all iPhone photographers. Sorry, no android users need apply.
