Please join us for the Opening Reception for our exhibit Resilience.  This exhibit is a partnership between the Warwick Center for the Arts, Tomaquag Museum and RISCA’s Atrium Gallery Traveling Exhibits.  The show will run July 31 - September 4. For many years RISCA Atrium Gallery and The Warwick Center for the Arts have partnered together to bring traveling exhibits of diverse communities to Warwick.  The exhibits originate at the Atrium Gallery, and then travel to Newport, North Kingston and Warwick.  African American, Latino, Asian and Native American Artists have all had the opportunity to showcase their work at these exhibits. This year we will have the first ever juried Native American Art Exhibit as part of the traveling exhibit program, only this time the exhibit will originate in Warwick and then travel to the Atrium Gallery in Providence in 2022.  The exhibit with be curated by Angel Beth Smith.  Angel Beth Smith, of the Narragansett Tribe, is a multifaceted artist with more than 30 years of experience providing artistic content, teaching, and marketing support to academic institutions, churches and private organizations.
