There is an inherent need in all humanity to draw near to another. A touch. A smile. A glance. Or simply a nod in the direction of someone across the way can elicit the beginnings of community. In a time when the importance of unification represents a catalyst toward healing, the idea of residing together as a whole birthed the exhibit Side by Side.

Side by Side brings together a diverse group of Artists. Their art represents who they are as people and the beauty residing within them. Side by Side is an exhibit to encourage partnership between peoples. Partnerships with the capability to grow through what can be optimistically shared, visually articulated, and expressed in a manner of the language we call ART.
