Announcing WCFA’s 2021 Winter Market for Artists and Artisans!

“THE WINTER MARKET” at Warwick Center for the Arts

Warwick, RI November 16, 2021 – The Warwick Center for the Arts (WCFA) is thrilled to present an opportunity for artists and shoppers to connect in a festive way this holiday season!

WCFA is gearing up for its annual Winter Market, which is being designed as a festive, artful, and unique shopping experience. The event will be held in their spacious open gallery at the historic Kentish Armory in Apponaug Village from December 4th through the 18th. There will be gift items available for purchase that range from greeting cards to oil paintings.

In addition to handmade jewelry, toys, cards, ornaments, pottery and accessories, the Market will also sell affordable, framed paintings, prints and other wall hangings. You can also buy WCFA gift certificates if you prefer to give the ‘arts experience’ as a holiday gift this year.

Don’t let the construction deter you from visiting. The Armory is getting a much anticipated renovation to the plaza, which will result in better safety, improved accessibility and provide the Center with the option to offer outdoor events and extended summer camp space.
The Warwick Center for the Arts is open to visitors Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Extended open hours for the Winter Market will include Sundays from 11:00 to 3:00 pm and Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Admission is free, but donations are welcome. If you would like to schedule a private shopping experience, please contact our office at 401.737.0010.

Our gallery will be open for sales from Saturday, December 4th through Saturday, December 18th for artful holiday shopping. New this year – we have added a special “sneak peek” private reception that will be held before the official opening on Friday, December 3rd for WCFA MEMBERS ONLY! Mark your calendars for this very special event.
