Yoga

This Friday morning yoga class is an all-level yoga experience. You will learn to stretch and strengthen your body with breath and movement. Modifications are provided for the lesser experienced practitioner.

Class fee: $12.00 per session (WCFA Members $10). Payment can be made in person when you arrive for class or online
