Need a little financial assistance? Thanks to the generous donors who supported WCFA during the statewide “401Gives” campaign, we have developed a budget allocated to award need-based tuition assistance. Please email [email protected] to request an application.

Safety & Comfort

We like to keep our camp class sizes small (maximum 12 students) with at least one lead teacher and two teen or adult volunteers for support. All staff, instructors and volunteers are required to provide a criminal background check and references. We follow all the CDC Covid-19 guidelines and in addition to frequent handwashing, we continue to screen campers for any signs of illness. Our small size and nurturing environment enables us to get to know each campers individual needs and requirements for a joyful and enriching camp experience!

Campers should bring a water bottle, snack, and/or lunch if staying for full day. It is recommended that campers apply sunscreen before arriving to camp since we will spend time outdoors whenever possible. Sometimes our projects get messy, so please only wear comfortable clothing appropriate for painting, etc.

  • Weekly Tuition: Full Day $345 / $310 Member Rate  – Half Day (AM or PM) $195 / $175 (Member Rate)
  • Annual Family Membership costs $50. Click here to learn about memberships.
  • If you need financial support to afford camp at WCFA, click here to fill out an application form that uses a sliding scale based on income, # of kids in your household, and a brief questionnaire to determine if you are eligible to receive either 50% or 25% off. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
  • WCFA is happy to provide a Sibling Discount of 10% off the tuition for each additional sibling after the first registration.

  • Please note that registration is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • If you have requested consideration for financial aid and/or a sibling discount, a 50% deposit can hold your reservation for a camp session, but this does not guarantee a spot in the class until full payment is received.
  • Camp session enrollment minimum = 6 / maximum = 12
  • WCFA maintains small class sizes with plenty of individual attention therefore we cannot exceed the 12-student limit. Additional sessions will be added if possible.
  • If we do not meet the minimum number of registrations to cover the cost of the class we reserve the right to cancel that session and will provide a refund or credit.

If WCFA decides that it is necessary to cancel or postpone an event due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer future date(s) for the event. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled date(s), your registration fee can be applied to future events, classes, camps, or gift certificates. If you need to cancel your registration you may be eligible for a refund if you notify WCFA at a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of that camp session. We do not offer a daily rate or a discount for camp days missed.
