Rent Our Space
In our main gallery, we’ve hosted standing cocktail receptions for 100+ guests, seated dinners for up to 64, and presentations with audience-style seating for up to 60. In the Classroom, we have hosted art classes for up to 15 students to work comfortably, and community meetings for up to 24 attendees.

Main Gallery
Our main gallery is a unique venue for private events. Exhibits of original artwork change every 4-8 weeks, brick walls add warmth and intimacy, and tall arched windows provide abundant light. This boutique-style space includes a modern kitchen for caterers, two unisex bathrooms, plenty of free parking behind our historic building — and a convenient location in central RI location! Some of the events we’ve hosted include:

The room can accommodate up to 130 standing or 60 seated guests, around tables or audience style. Some tables and chairs are available on site. Additional tables and chairs can be rented locally.
Classroom
The classroom may be rented for almost any purpose. We’ve accommodated lecture-style classes, artist groups for hands-on creativity, and small meetings of community groups. Included with rentals: two sinks with running water for easy clean-up, wood blinds on the windows, a handicap-accessible bathroom in the hallway, plus a lower-level entry door. The space accommodates up to 20 students and an instructor for lecture-style classes, and up to 12 students and an instructor for hands-on art lessons or workshops. For meetings, the space can accommodate up to 24 attendees.

A few details about what's available in the Gallery Space:
Rental fees for the main gallery are $100 per hour. Discounts for nonprofit partner organizations may be available depending upon the type of event. Current WCFA Members get a 20% discount off the total rental price. Please note that if you will be serving food a damage deposit is required.
WCFA can provide the following (included in your rental fee):
– Up to 9 six-foot, rectangular tables
– Up to 2 five-foot rectangular tables
– 2 round tables
– Up to 40 white folding chairs – additional metal folding chairs are available if desired
– Sound system – CD or AUX Cord hook up
– Overhead projection screen
– Full Kitchen
– 2 Restrooms
