Danielle I. Salisbury

Danielle served on the WCFA Board of Directors from 2018 – 2020 and is thrilled to now be leading the organization into the future as Executive Director. She has a BFA in Interior Architecture from the Maryland Institute, College of Art and a Graduate Certificate in Arts Administration from University of Connecticut. She was honored to be part of the Practice//Practice Arts Administrators cohort at AS220 (twice) and the 2023 Executive Director’s Learning Circle with the United Way.
She is a member of the Rotary Club of Warwick and serves on the Board of Directors at the Gamm Theatre.
Danielle’s favorite art mediums are bookmaking, collage, drawing, photography, and gardening. She enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and foster dogs!

Mollee Daniels
Programs Assistant, Teaching Artist & Camp Coordinator
Mollee has loved art for her entire life, and found the WCFA to be the perfect place to surround herself with artwork. She earned her BFA in Printmaking with a minor in Art History from Rhode Island College in 2024, and is currently attending Tufts University for her MAT in Art Education. Being a staff member for her local arts center allows her to give back to her community while also making connections within the RI artist community.
She enjoys 20th century German prints and Baroque paintings. In her free time, Mollee enjoys taking Irish dance lessons and rock climbing!

Aileen M. Quinn
Programs Manager
Aileen grew up in Warwick, RI and spent most summers in the RISD art programs in Providence and Tillinghast Farm. After graduating from the Butera School of Art in the early 80’s, she worked as a sign painter in Boston and then after 12 years, Aileen moved back to RI to raise two sons with her husband, Mark, where they have lived for 30 years. She is an accomplished artist in many forms, and is an inspiring and encouraging art instructor. She teaches in her own studio “The Fresh Palette” at the RI Audubon Society’s Parker Woodland Nature Center in Coventry, in addition to the Coventry Library and WCFA. She is an artist member at the Providence Art Club, Wickford Art Association and the Artist Coop in Westerly, and continues to hone her skills in the RISD ‘Painting Studies’ CE Certificate program. Aileen has a long history at WCFA as a Board Member, Office Manager, Art Instructor, Exhibits Coordinator and Program Manager.

Debbie Barshay
Marketing & Events Support
Debbie has been at WCFA since 2017, first as a volunteer and now staff member. She minored in Art at Rhode Island College. Her favorite mediums are ceramics and drawing with charcoal and pastels. In addition to teaching English on the college level, Debbie also volunteers at the Attleboro Arts Museum, IMPACT Melanoma, and plays flute with the Lafayette Band. You will likely see her smile greeting you at the door at our exhibit receptions!
WCFA Board of Directors
The WCFA Board of Directors are volunteers with a passion for the arts who enjoy sharing their talents and enthusiasm with the organization and it’s community. The Board meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, with the exception of July and August. There are many ways to get involved from committee work on programs, exhibits, finance, fundraising, or governance to simply helping set up for receptions or sweeping up after! We couldn’t do the amazing work we do day after day for 50 years without the over 80 board members that have been stewards for the WCFA and the historic building
